Yes, Simon had most of the best lines. I have a few I can remember off the top of my head:
Alvin: I think someone owes someone else an apology.
Simon: Apology accepted.

The Chipettes suggest Theodore get help from Alvin to woo his crush.
Simon: Wait a minute. We want to help Theodore, not ruin him.
